A successful 2-day Forum on NBS in Paris

On 4th and 5th April, the city of Paris hosted the “Paris Forum on Nature-Based Solutions. Addressing Major Societal Challenges: Climate Change Adaptation-Mitigation, Risk Management And Resilience”, an Horizon 2020 initiative by ThinkNature, co-organized by the Scientific and Technical Centre for Building (CSTB) and Paris Municipality.

This successful 2-day event has shown once more time the relevance and the growing interest in NBS across Europe and the world. Inspiring speeches, engaging parallel sessions and focus groups have strengthened the dialogue among the participants, enlarged their knowledge and provided new energy for their committment to NBS.

The lively debate formula, based on the multidisciplinary participants and stimulating working sessions, have contributed to make the Paris Forum a precious and not ordinary event.

The next NBS Forum will take place in Bucharest on 2-4 October 2019.
