February 2018 – Call(s) for Knowledge
EKLIPSE invites experts (as individuals or in a consortium) to apply and answer three questions of high interest:
- Is missing knowledge hampering the effectiveness of approaches that aim to restore biodiversity and ecosystem service function and services? Deadline: 5th February 2018
- How can we better integrate research and knowledge on biodiversity and ecosystem services from the global to the European level, and vice versa? Deadline: 12th February 2018
- How are European energy policies affecting biodiversity and ecosystem services in countries globally? Deadline: 20th February 2018
These calls are part of the “European Mechanism” work developed ny EKLIPSE and aims (1)to understand better what the needs of the policy-makers and urban actors (active on biodiversity and ecosystem services) are and (2) to identify sollutions on how they can make better decisions for our environment.
If you would like to participate in any of these calls, you can read the full description of the call and visit EKLIPSE KNOCK Forum where knowledge holders can contribute and engage with each other about these topics.
